
Kirkland & Ellis advised Bain Capital Private Equity on its agreement to acquire PartsSource, a leading online marketplace for medical equipment maintenance parts and services. The investment will help PartsSource continue to accelerate its growth trajectory, broaden its solutions portfolio, and expand its marketplace platform. Financial terms of the private purchase from PartsSource’s current owner, Great Hill Partners, were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
