
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Bain Capital Private Equity on the sale of Geometric Results, Inc. (GRI) to PRO Unlimited, a portfolio company of EQT. GRI is a managed services provider focused on workforce management. GRI is currently owned by MSX International (MSXI), another portfolio company of Bain Capital Private Equity. Kirkland advised Bain Capital Private Equity on the acquisition of MSXI in 2017.
