Kirkland Advises Antin on £1.125B CityFibre Capital Raise

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Antin Infrastructure Partners (Antin) on CityFibre’s £1.125 billion capital raise, including new equity investments by Mubadala Investment Company and Interogo Holdings, which will join CityFibre’s existing investors Antin and Goldman Sachs Asset Management as minority shareholders.  CityFibre is the UK’s largest independent Full Fibre platform and the financing, which is the largest capital raise ever dedicated to Full Fibre deployment in the UK, will support and accelerate CityFibre’s rollout to a third of the UK market by 2025.
