Kirkland & Ellis counseled Allied Industrial Partners LLC (AIP), an industrial-focused private equity firm, on its strategic investment in Wall Recycling, LLC, a leading regional provider of solid waste hauling, disposal and recycling services for municipal, commercial and industrial waste generators throughout North Carolina. Wall Recycling will continue to be led by its founder and CEO Dan Wall. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
