You’ll likely be a fit if you have:
- A licence to practise in an APAC jurisdiction, the UK, US or Canada, with 5+ PQE
- A record of independently negotiating pre-M&A documents such as NDAs, non-reliance letters, joinders and engagement letters in a financial services setting
- Comfort with AI-backed contract review tools and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals
