Datadog’s Commercial, Alliances and Procurement legal team wants a senior lawyer in Singapore to lead complex negotiations with customers and partners in India and South East Asia, many of them in heavily regulated sectors such as banking, financial services and insurance.
You’ll likely be a fit if you have:
- At least 8 years of law firm and/or in-house commercial transactional experience across India and South East Asia
- Qualification in Singapore or another relevant jurisdiction
- Deep familiarity with Indian law and regulation, and with SaaS contracts, privacy and related technology issues
