Legora is building out its Paris team and wants a team lead to manage the legal engineers who work with in-house legal departments. You would hire and coach the team, and work with General Counsels and their leadership on how AI changes the way their departments run.
You’ll likely be a fit if you have:
- Experience managing people: hiring, coaching and handling performance
- A clear understanding of how legal departments are funded, prove their value and buy technology
- Real, hands-on fluency with generative AI, including where it fails
- Native or bilingual French and fluent English
Published salary: EUR 65,000 to 170,000.
