Legal AI company Legora is building out its Dubai team and wants a Legal Engineer to work with law firms and in-house legal departments across the Middle East. This is a client-facing role that sits between the lawyers using the platform and the people building it: running pilots, leading onboarding and rollouts, designing workflows around a team’s real matters, and training users so the tool changes how work actually gets done.
The market spans international and regional firms, large corporates and sovereign-linked entities, across UAE federal law, emirate-level rules and the DIFC and ADGM common-law free zones. Arabic-language work and data protection questions are part of the day job, and the early team will help shape how legal engineering runs in the region.
You’ll likely be a fit if you have:
- Substantive legal experience at a law firm, or time inside an in-house or legal operations team
- Strong product curiosity and the credibility to win over sceptical lawyers
- Experience running projects, workshops or innovation initiatives
