Legal AI company Harvey wants a senior leader to run its legal engineering organisation across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Legal engineers are the lawyers who work with law firms and in-house teams to design workflows and get Harvey used on real matters, so this role owns how that team is built, managed and scaled in the region.
You’ll likely be a fit if you have:
- 12+ years PQE, with time at a top-tier firm and/or in-house at a leading company
- Experience leading managers, not only individual contributors, and scaling teams quickly
- Credibility with executive-level clients and a record of representing an organisation externally
