You’ll likely be a fit if you have:
- UK solicitor qualification
- At least 6 years drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS, data processing and partnership agreements (reseller, referral, service partner)
- A working grasp of AI, privacy and other regulatory issues in tech transactions, and hands-on experience using and advising on AI
