Lawhive, an AI-native law firm operating in the UK and US, is looking for a civil litigation solicitor to join its London team. The solicitor will run a portfolio of civil disputes from start to finish: drafting letters before action, preparing and filing claims, instructing barristers, and advising clients on the merits, likely outcomes and next steps.
Lawyers work alongside the firm’s in-house AI agent, which handles routine legal tasks so the solicitor can focus on judgment and client advice. The role is hybrid, with one day a week in the London office, and the firm offers early-stage equity alongside salary.
You’ll likely be a fit if you have:
- Qualification as a solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
- Hands-on civil dispute and litigation experience
- Strong organisation for a high-volume caseload and clear, empathetic client communication
- An interest in how AI can improve legal services (start-up or tech experience is a plus)
