With over 13 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property services, Rahul is an accomplished lawyer with specialty in patent application drafting, patent prosecution, patent landscape analysis, patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate assessments, patent invalidity assessments, infringement analysis, technology & patent acquisitions, and patent litigation.
Prior to joining Inttl Advocare, Rahul was working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as Senior Consultant – Patents. He has also worked as Team Leader – Patents, with IP Engine LLC, New Delhi (in partnership with GTC Law Group, USA). He has also worked with Pangea3 Legal Database Systems Pvt. Ltd (a Thomson Reuters company) and IMC Global Services, Pune. Rahul is a qualified Indian Patent agent with a degree in Electronics & Communication engineering.
