Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised longstanding client NatWest on the £160 million financing of two London build-to-rent assets for leading real estate investment manager Long Harbour, further strengthening the firm’s valued relationship with the bank. The transaction highlights the continued depth of lender support for high-quality build-to-rent assets while reinforcing Hogan Lovells Cadwalader’s deep sector expertise and proven ability to advise on complex, market-leading real estate financings.
