Boston, 16 September 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader announced today that Morgan Frisoli has joined the firm’s Boston office as a partner in the Tax, Pensions & Benefits practice area.
Frisoli regularly advises companies and management teams in connection with the compensation and benefits aspects of IPOs and corporate transactions, including pre-signing negotiations, executive and equity compensation matters, and post-closing employee integration matters. He also has significant experience advising public company clients and executives on executive compensation matters, particularly in the life sciences, real estate, banking and technology sectors. He joins us from Goodwin Procter’s ERISA & Executive Compensation practice.

Frisoli received his B.S. from Boston University School of Management, his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and his LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
