
Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised White Bridge Investments, a leading investment firm, on the acquisition and related leveraged financing of a controlling stake in Axial Fans International S.p.A. (“AFI”), an Italian manufacturer of high-performance industrial fans, from the Mosiewicz family, which will reinvest alongside the incoming investor to retain a minority interest in the business.
AFI is a global leader in the design and manufacture of axial fans for industrial applications holding critical patents and proprietary engineering know-how. The transaction supports the company’s next phase of growth under White Bridge’s ownership.
