Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised UniCredit on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Alkimis SGR S.p.A., an Italian asset management company active in the management of mutual investment funds and portfolios for institutional and professional investors.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader multidisciplinary team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Piero de Mattia and included associate Andrea Firmano on the corporate aspects.
