London, 30 July 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Repsol on its transaction with Talos Energy for 50% in Block 29 offshore Mexico.
The agreement will establish an upstream oil and gas joint venture between Repsol and Talos to develop Block 29, which contains the Polok and Chinwol oil discoveries.
