
Dubai, 30 July 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader acted as US and international counsel to the underwriters, Axis Capital, HDFC Bank, ICICI Securities, Kotak Mahindra Capital, and SBI Capital Markets, on the US$400 million IPO of Indo-MIM Limited, a global leader in manufacturing precision engineering components using metal injection molding (MIM) technology.
Indo-MIM has the world’s largest installed capacity for MIM products, providing precision-engineered products to customers in more than 52 countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. With several manufacturing plants in India and in the United States, it provides products and solutions to a number of key sectors, including Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, and Industrials (hardware industry, fasteners, plumbing, oil and gas, as well as medical device sector).
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Capital Markets team was led by Biswajit Chatterjee, Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner, with support from counsel Kaustubh George, and senior associate Adita Rajput. US-based partners, Nancy O’Neil and Parikshit Dasgupta advised on US Tax and US Investment Funds issues respectively.
