
Dubai, 8 September 2026 – Hogan Lovells Cadwalader acted as international counsel to the underwriters, JM Financial, Avendus Capital, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, and Nomura Financial Advisory & Securities, on the US$209 million IPO of Symbiotec Pharmalab Limited, a pharmaceutical and biotechnology company with a global leadership position in corticosteroid and steroidal-hormone active pharmaceutical ingredients.
The IPO drew substantial interest from anchor investors as well as retail investors and was oversubscribed by 75.08 times.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Capital Markets team was led by Biswajit Chatterjee, Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner, with support from counsel Varun Jetly, and senior associates Suchisubhra Sarkar and Aditya Dsouza.
