
Dubai, 10 September 2026 – Hogan Lovells Cadwalader acted as international counsel to the underwriters, Nuvama Wealth Management, Intensive Fiscal Services, JM Financial, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, on the US$98 million IPO of Augmont Enterprises Limited.
Augmont has an integrated gold and silver platform and its operations span across multiple segments of the gold and silver value chain including procurement and refining, bullion trading, digital gold offerings and jewellery manufacturing, serving businesses and consumers across India and international markets.
The IPO drew substantial interest from anchor investors as well as retail investors and was oversubscribed by 111.18 times.
