
London, 6 July 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised on the UK aspects of DevCo’s acquisition of Watson & Hillhouse, a specialist in piling and foundation equipment, as part of the formation of a new global platform combining Dieseko, Movax and Watson & Hillhouse under DevCo ownership.
The combination brings together three highly complementary businesses with leading engineering expertise, specialised equipment and trusted customer support capabilities serving piling and foundation customers worldwide.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Private Equity partner James Cross with support from senior associate Cassie Ditzel, associate Seb Pell and trainee Simeng Fan.
