London, 30 July 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Pantheon as co-lead in connection with BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital’s €811 million multi-asset continuation fund.
The transaction involved the transfer of a portfolio of existing BU investments into a newly established continuation vehicle, providing additional capital and time to support the continued development of the underlying businesses.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Global Head of Private Equity and Funds and Co-head of Secondaries Ed Harris and Secondaries partner Charlotte Monk, with support from partner James Alder, senior associate Gilbert Hwani, associate Olivia Wallwork, senior associate Iulia Davidescu, associate Asha Abram and associate Sadhbh Browne (all Private Equity & Funds, London), counsel Natalie Psaila and senior associate Natasha Newey (both Tax, London).
