Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advises Makers Fund on US$250 Million Fund IV

Singapore, 26 August 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Makers Fund on the formation of its fourth flagship venture capital fund, Fund IV. The fund closed at US$250 million and will continue the firm’s strategy of backing ambitious founders and creators building the future of interactive entertainment globally.

The closing of Fund IV brings Makers’ total assets under management to approximately US$1.5 billion. Founded more than ten years ago, Makers Fund is a global venture capital firm focused on interactive entertainment, with teams across Singapore, Tokyo, London, New York, Los Angeles and Reykjavik. The firm has backed more than 100 companies worldwide and invests across stages, supporting interactive entertainment creators who build consumer apps, entertainment and creation platforms at the intersection of entertainment and engagement.
