
Clifford Chance has advised the underwriters in connection with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc.’s (NYSE: ARE) registered public offering of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 7.250% Series A Fixed-to-Fixed Reset Rate junior subordinated notes due 2057.
The offering closed on August 21, 2026. The notes were priced at 100% of principal amount and will initially bear interest at 7.250% per annum through February 15, 2032.
