New York – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Halma plc, a global group of life-saving technology companies, as it acquires Pyxis, a provider of water quality monitoring and analysis technology.
The acquisition strengthens Halma’s Environmental & Analysis Sector by adding capabilities in water quality monitoring and liquid analysis. Pyxis operates in markets shaped by rising demand for better water quality, tighter environmental regulation, and the need for greater efficiency in industrial and infrastructure applications.
