Frankfurt – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised the GP JOULE Group on its new shareholder structure and internal restructuring.
The restructuring will enable GP JOULE to continue offering a one-stop solution for the energy transition in the future. To be well-prepared for all the challenges facing the energy sector, GP JOULE is focussing on its three core areas, project development, plant construction and operations and services, with a new shareholder structure.
As an integrated energy supplier, GP JOULE is active in all areas of the energy value chain: from generation to storage to use, as well as from consultancy to financing and project planning to construction and service.
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader regularly advises GP JOULE on all legal issues relating to corporate transactions.
The team was led by partner Dr. Torsten Rosenboom with support from senior associate Sebastian Kummler, senior business lawyer Nicolas Persch and associate Leon Hofmann.
