
Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised the founders of Proj.Eco Engineering on the sale of 100% of the company’s share capital to White Lab, portfolio company of White Bridge Investments II, a private equity holding.
Proj.Eco Engineering is a Bergamo-based company specializing in health, safety and environment (HSE) consulting services for industrial, commercial and infrastructure clients, including environmental assessments, remediation planning, safety coordination, HSE management and regulatory permitting.
As part of the transaction, the sellers rolled over a portion of their proceeds retaining a minority interest in White Lab alongside White Bridge Investments.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team advising on the transaction included partner Alessandro Seganfreddo and associate Daniela Archi.
