Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advises Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano on its €250 million inaugural public covered bond

Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano S.p.A (Sparkasse Group), on the issuance of its inaugural €250 million public covered bond. The bonds were issued under Sparkasse’s existing €3 billion covered bond programme.

Erste Group Bank AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and UniCredit Bank GmbH acted as Joint Lead Managers. Banca Finanziaria Internazionale S.p.A. acted as Co-Arranger.

The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Annalisa Dentoni Litta, and included senior associate Roberto Trionte, associates Davide Di Falco and Armando Consiglio. Head of Tax Italy Serena Pietrosanti and counsel Maria Cristina Conte advises on the tax aspects.
