
London, 14 July 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised lead investor Eurazeo on the structuring of Ardian’s continuation fund to support HR Path, a global provider of HR consulting, HR information systems implementation and HR process outsourcing services, in its next phase of international growth. The transaction will provide additional resources to accelerate the company’s acquisition strategy and strengthen its presence across its priority international markets.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Global Head of Private Equity and Funds and Co-head of Secondaries Ed Harris and London Funds partner Amelia Stawpert with the team including Paris PE partner Paul Leroy, London secondaries associate Olivia Wallwork, London Funds senior associate Marco Orsini Jones and London Tax senior associate Natasha Newey.
