Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advises Columbia Threadneedle Real Estate on UK property fund merger

London, 14 July 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Columbia Threadneedle Real Estate on the merger of PATRIZIA Hanover Property Unit Trust (PATH) into the Threadneedle Property Unit Trust (TPUT).

Nicholas Holman, Investment Funds partner at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader and client relationship partner for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, said: “We are delighted to have advised Columbia Threadneedle Real Estate on this important transaction. The transaction represents the second major UK real estate fund merger on which we have assisted Columbia Threadneedle Real Estate in the last 15 months.”
