Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Gens Aurea, a leading European group specializing in the buying and selling of gold and precious metals, and its controlling shareholder Mattina Holding S.A. on its Initial Public Offering (IPO), aimed at the admission to trading of its ordinary shares on Euronext Milan, the regulated market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana.
The offering comprised approximately 10% of the Company’s share capital at a price of Euro 10 per share. With a capitalization exceeding 1 billion of euros, Gens Aurea’s market debut represents the first IPO on Italy’s regulated capital market in 2026, following several years without new listings on the country’s main stock exchange.
BNP PARIBAS and Jefferies acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. BNP PARIBAS also acted as Listing Agent. UniCredit Bank GmbH, Milan Branch acted as Co-Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner, Banca Akros S.p.A. – Gruppo Banco BPM acted as Joint Bookrunner and Alantra Capital Markets Sociedad de Valores S.A.U. acted as Lead Manager.
