Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Calvi Sistemi, an Italian company specialized in remote control, automation and regulation systems for electrical, electronic and telecommunications infrastructures, as well as application software development, on the sale of 100% of its share capital to Bitron Electronics S.p.A., part of the Bitron Group.
Calvi Sistemi’s technological expertise and long-standing experience in network infrastructure systems will enable Bitron to further strengthen its industrial automation capabilities and its offering for the utilities sector.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Luca Picone and by the counsel Martina Di Nicola and included also the associate Giuseppe Angiò.
