
London, 25 September 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised on the investment by Ufenau VIII Asset Light, SLP, a fund advised by Ufenau Capital Partners GmbH, in CLM Fireproofing, a leading UK provider of passive fire protection services.
Headquartered in London, CLM provides design guidance, installation and remediation services to blue-chip construction clients, architects and the public sector across the UK.
The investment will support CLM’s next phase of growth, with Ufenau working alongside the existing management team to pursue a buy-and-build strategy, expand its activities into ancillary services and new geographies.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Private Equity partners James Cross and Simon Grimshaw.
