Hogan Lovells advises Tyson Foods in the US$1.2 billion sale of its pet treat business to General Mills

Hogan Lovells represented U.S.-based food company Tyson Foods, Inc. on the sale of its pet treats business to General Mills, Inc. for approximately US$1.2 billion.

The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions, includes the Nudges®, True Chews®, and Top Chews® brands, as well as a production facility in Independence, Iowa.
