Hogan Lovells advised Netheos partners on its acquisition by Namirial S.p.A.

Netheos, a French company founded in 2004 and based in Montpellier, is one of the leading French providers of remote identity verification and digital onboarding solutions. The company offers online contracting solutions, providing an integrated platform for identity verification, customer credential control and automated contract management.

Its customers are mainly players in regulated sectors such as financial services, fintechs, insurance and real estate to whom it offers a reliable and proven process that minimizes the risk of fraud and meets compliance requirements.

The combination of Netheos and Namirial’s technologies will enable companies to offer an optimal customer experience that combines simplicity, security and compliance and thus better respond to their global digital acceleration imperative.

This acquisition will also allow customers and partners of both companies to benefit from an extended geographical coverage, Netheos in Europe and Namirial in France and in French-speaking countries.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Stéphane Huten (partner), Paul Leroy (counsel), and Maximilien Roland (associate) on Corporate; and Ludovic Geneston (partner) on Tax.
