Led by partners Lutz Angerer, Michael Schlitt and Richard Aftanas, a team, comprising German and US lawyers at Hogan Lovells, advised NASDAQ listed voxeljet AG on a capital increase and an issue of new American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”).
In connection with the capital increase, the company is issuing 1,279,070 new registered ordinary shares with attached dividend entitlements for the financial year 2022, which were offered in the form of 1,279,070 ADRs at a price of USD 3.44 per ADR. The ADRs are traded on NASDAQ.
The gross proceeds of the issue amount to USD 4.4 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the issue for general corporate purposes.
