Led by Munich-based partners Nikolas Zirngibl and Patrick Ayad, international law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Mercedes-Benz AG on a technology partnership with ProLogium to develop next-generation solid-state battery cells.
As Mercedes-Benz announced, the company is investing a high two-digit million euro amount in the manufacturer of battery technologies. According to the company’s press release, the first jointly developed solid-state batteries will be used in Mercedes-Benz test vehicles in the coming years.
Hogan Lovells has supported Mercedes-Benz throughout the entire engagement process and provided comprehensive legal advice on all issues relating to investment and cooperation.
