Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Manuli Ryco S.p.A. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Fluiconnecto Holdings B.V. on the structuring and implementation of “Project Cuc Quang”, involving the incorporation and launch of the joint venture Fluiconnecto Vietnam JSC in partnership with Saigon Asset Management Corporation and Nam Phong Green JSC.
The new joint venture with Saigon Asset Management marks the establishment of a platform dedicated to supporting industrial growth in the Vietnamese market, with a focus on supporting strategic sectors including oil & gas, critical minerals, mining, maritime industry, ports, construction, and other high-intensity industrial infrastructure segments.

The joint venture will operate within a context of increasing attention to energy security, the resilience of critical raw materials supply chains, and the development of reliable industrial infrastructure to support the growth of energy and mining markets in Southeast Asia.
