Amsterdam, 4 June 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Omoda on the financing for its intended acquisition of Wehkamp, bringing together Omoda, Assem, Wehkamp, and kleertjes.com to form a leading Dutch fashion and lifestyle platform across online and offline channels. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
Omoda is a 150-year-old family-owned Dutch fashion retailer with a strong omnichannel offering. Wehkamp is one of the Netherlands’ best-known online retail platforms. The combination is expected to broaden the group’s fashion and lifestyle offering and extend its reach across both digital and physical channels.
