
Hogan Lovells has advised Liberis, a global embedded finance platform, and shareholders, including lead investor, Blenheim Chalcot, on Nordic Capital’s agreement to acquire Liberis and combine it with Qred, creating a leading global platform for small and medium-sized business financing.
The transaction is expected to complete later this year, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
