Led by its Frankfurt partner Michael Schlitt, Hogan Lovells advised Herzschlag Eintracht GmbH on the acquisition of 5 percent of the shares of Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG.
Herzschlag Eintracht GmbH is represented by Sven Janssen, who was elected to the supervisory board at an extraordinary general meeting of Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG.
