Led by Frankfurt partners Bianca Engelmann und Michael Schlitt, international law firm Hogan Lovells has advised retail group Globus Holding GmbH & Co. KG on a EUR 50,000,000 revolving working capital facility.
The facility has been arranged by Commerzbank, Landesbank Saar, UniCredit and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, who also acted as agent.
The facility is guaranteed by subsidiaries of Globus Holding in Germany, the Czech Republic and Russia.
