Hogan Lovells advises auxmoney on a €500m consumer loans financing facility

Led by Frankfurt partner Dietmar Helms, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised digital lending platform auxmoney on a €500 million financing facility for the funding of German consumer loans.

The new facility provided by US-bank Citi and French financial services provider Natixis (through its ABCP conduit) invests in consumer loans originated through the auxmoney platform.

auxmoney is a leading digital-lending platform for consumer credit in Europe. With its unique scoring technology based on the intelligent combination and analysis of thousands of data points, auxmoney enables more people to access credit and thus promotes financial inclusion.

Hogan Lovells advised auxmoney on all legal issues in relation to the facility.
