Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Trockland on the sale of the residential quarter “Charlie Living” on Zimmerstraße in Berlin-Mitte. Buyer is the family office Wirtgen Invest.
The residential ensemble consists of four buildings with 243 flats, 48 serviced flats and commercial areas. “Charlie Living” was designed by the architectural office GRAFT and completed at the beginning of the year. Partially vertical landscaping design by landscape designers Man Made Land serves as a unifying element of the four modern buildings.
Trockland is an investment and project development company based in Berlin. Since 2009, Trockland has initiated 17 projects with a total volume of approximately two billion euros.
The parties have agreed not to disclose financial information.
