Galgotias University National Moot Court Competition (28-29 September 2018)

The School of Law, Galgotias University presents the First Galgotias University National Moot Court Competition (28-29 September 2018). The problem is based upon the important debate regarding access to creations versus their legal protection. The human and economic stakes are huge in these debates and thus we thought it would be appropriate to introduce our law students to them through this moot court competition. To check the environmental and economic costs involved in our traditional moots, the SoL-GU has decided to keep the competition completely paperless. Hence, no hard copies of the memorials are required.
