Freshfields Represents Oracle in Its $7B Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Debt Securities

Freshfields represented Oracle Corporation on its SEC-registered offering of $7 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.800% Notes due 2025, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.150% Notes due 2029, $2.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.250% Notes due 2032 and $2.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.900% Notes due 2052.
