Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) is advising funds advised by Warburg Pincus (‘Warburg Pincus’) and their portfolio company Infoniqa on the latter’s acquisition of Sage Schweiz AG, one of the leading HCM & ERP software vendors in Switzerland.
Freshfields advised Warburg Pincus on their acquisition of a majority interest in Infoniqa in September 2020. Infoniqa is a fast-growing provider of HR software and payroll services. With the acquisition of Sage Schweiz AG, Infoniqa is nearly doubling its revenue and continues to grow its footprint in the DACH region.
The Freshfields team is led by partners Markus Paul and Torsten Schreier as well as associate Carsten Haak with support from Maximilian Hobuß, Nora Hesse and Marius Scherb (all Corporate/M&A).
