Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised private debt investor Apera Asset Management (‘Apera’) in connection with providing a unitranche refinancing for ONSKINERY Holding GmbH, a portfolio company of Afinum Management GmbH. Super senior term facility and super senior revolving facility were provided by Raiffeisenlandesbank NÖ-Wien AG. The parties agreed not to disclose any further details on the transaction.
The Freshfields team comprised of Partner Michael Josenhans (Lead), Aleksandar Djurdjevic and Theodoros Fostieris (all Finance, Frankfurt).
