Foley & Lardner LLP announces its Salt Lake City office is relocating today to a new, enhanced space to accommodate the office’s rapid growth.
Foley’s Salt Lake City office is now located at 95 South State Street, Suite 2500. The building, 95 State at City Creek, is the city’s newest, state-of-the-art tower in the heart of downtown near many diverse startups and technology businesses.
The larger space better suits Foley’s growing team of approximately 40 lawyers and business professionals in Salt Lake City and cements the firm’s commitment to investing in the city and its legal talent. The office’s continued growth since opening in October 2021, including the addition of seven partners, has allowed the firm to expand its services and bring on several new practice groups, including corporate and real estate, which add to its already strong presence in intellectual property and business litigation.

With a large outdoor garden terrace, and direct access to City Creek Retail Center, Foley’s upgraded offices at 95 State, designed to be Utah’s first WELL Building, will provide the space and comforts needed to continue strengthening the firm’s local presence and offering resources of an international law firm to clients on their most important matters.
