DLA Piper today announces that Dr Wolfram Distler is re-joining the firm as a partner in its Finance practice, based in Frankfurt.
Wolfram joins the firm from Weil, Gotshal & Manges, but was previously a partner in DLA Piper’s Frankfurt office from 2012 until 2017. Wolfram has extensive experience in the areas of acquisition finance, corporate finance, public takeover finance, leveraged buy-outs, unitranche and mezzanine debt as well as financing in the energy and infrastructure sector. He regularly advises national and international companies, banks and other financial institutions, private equity investors and debt funds.
